As part of our PU heavy-duty precision series, the PU100DS is engineered for applications that demand both load capacity and angular accuracy. Its reinforced construction and precision-ground cam deliver consistent performance in demanding production environments.
The motor drives a globoidal cam that engages the table output's needle rollers, advancing the dial through a fixed station sequence. The cam's dwell section locks the table mechanically, holding each station rigid while tooling operations such as pressing or inspection are performed.
