The HONEPAN 210DT globoidal index drive pairs a precision globoidal cam with a table output to produce exceptionally smooth intermittent rotary positioning. Rolling cam-to-roller contact keeps friction low, allowing high-speed cycles with minimal heat and noise while maintaining precise angular accuracy.
This design is ideal for precision indexing drives, rotary positioners, and automation systems where smooth motion and repeatable positioning are equally important. The precision-ground components deliver consistent stop positions over a long service life.
Continuous input rotation drives a globoidal cam whose convex profile engages the table output's needle rollers. Each cam rotation advances the table one station, then the dwell section locks it mechanically. The rolling contact minimizes friction and wear compared with sliding mechanisms.

A cam indexer converts continuous motor rotation into precise intermittent (stop-and-go) rotary motion. A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
The 210DT features a Table output, making it easy to mount dial plates, flanges, or fixtures directly. Its compact footprint integrates smoothly into automated assembly, packaging, and inspection workstations.
