The HONEPAN 450DT rotary index table is a large-diameter platform for high-load rotary positioning. Its broad table output distributes heavy fixtures evenly, while the cam indexer core keeps each station locked and accurately positioned throughout the production cycle, making it ideal for the largest rotary positioning applications.
Engineered with a high-load bearing system and optional hydraulic clamping, the 450DT handles demanding payloads without compromising accuracy. Its generous table diameter accommodates wide fixtures and multiple simultaneous operations.
Continuous input rotation drives a large globoidal cam that engages the table output's rollers, advancing the dial through its station sequence. The cam's dwell section mechanically locks the table, holding heavy fixtures rigid while machining, assembly, or inspection operations proceed.

A cam indexer converts continuous motor rotation into precise intermittent (stop-and-go) rotary motion. A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
The 450DT features a Table output, making it easy to mount dial plates, flanges, or fixtures directly. Its compact footprint integrates smoothly into automated assembly, packaging, and inspection workstations.
The 450DT supports 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 (customizable). We can also custom-grind the cam profile for a different station count or dwell angle to match your exact production sequence.
Indexing accuracy is ±30 Sec. with repositioning accuracy of ±4 arcsec (±2 arcsec). This mechanical precision is maintained over a long service life thanks to the backlash-free cam-and-roller design.
