The HONEPAN 180DF fixed-station rotary indexing table delivers dependable multi-station dial indexing for production automation. Its flange output carries the dial plate, while the hardened cam and rollers lock each station precisely for downstream operations like pressing, screwing, or inspection, ensuring every cycle is identical and repeatable.
Designed for continuous multi-shift operation, the 180DF combines robust construction with a positive mechanical station lock that keeps dials rigid under load. This reliability makes it a preferred platform for high-volume assembly and processing cells.
The motor rotates a globoidal cam that engages the flange output's needle rollers, advancing the dial through a fixed sequence of stations. During each dwell, the cam's flat section seats against the rollers, mechanically locking the station while tooling performs its operation.

A cam indexer converts continuous motor rotation into precise intermittent (stop-and-go) rotary motion. A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
The 180DF features a Flange output, making it easy to mount dial plates, flanges, or fixtures directly. Its compact footprint integrates smoothly into automated assembly, packaging, and inspection workstations.
The 180DF supports Fixed stations (custom count). We can also custom-grind the cam profile for a different station count or dwell angle to match your exact production sequence.
Indexing accuracy is ±30 Sec. with repositioning accuracy of ±4 arcsec (±2 arcsec). This mechanical precision is maintained over a long service life thanks to the backlash-free cam-and-roller design.
