The HONEPAN 110DT rotary index drive uses a table output to carry dial plates through intermittent rotary motion, making it a flexible building block for assembly equipment. Its cam divider core delivers crisp, locked indexing that keeps stations aligned without external brakes, simplifying both mechanical design and control logic.
With configurable station counts and dwell times, the 110DT adapts readily to varied assembly sequences. Its compact footprint suits modular assembly cells, while the durable cam-and-roller mechanism ensures years of reliable performance.
The motor drives a globoidal cam that engages the table output's rollers, advancing the dial through one station per cam revolution. During dwell, the cam's flat section locks the table mechanically, holding each station rigid while assembly operations proceed.

A cam indexer converts continuous motor rotation into precise intermittent (stop-and-go) rotary motion. A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
The 110DT features a Table output, making it easy to mount dial plates, flanges, or fixtures directly. Its compact footprint integrates smoothly into automated assembly, packaging, and inspection workstations.
