The MR23 module is designed to collect various battery parameters and record comprehensive battery status information, including real-time data, historical data, and cumulative data. Real-time data encompasses voltage, current, capacity, SOC, power, remaining time, etc., which can be displayed directly on the module's built-in screen. Historical data includes periodic peak values, cycle counts, and periodic charge/discharge capacities. With built-in storage, the module saves collected data locally, eliminating concerns about short-term data transmission interruptions.
The module is equipped with Bluetooth/WiFi wireless modules for remote data transmission, allowing users to send collected data to their own cloud platforms or mobile apps. It also supports RS485 wired connection for data transfer. For manufacturers seeking system integration, this flexibility in choosing preferred data transmission methods simplifies battery data collection and transmission, facilitating integration into their own apps or cloud platforms.
The MR23 module features two temperature input channels for simultaneous collection of two temperature data points. It includes two control output channels (dry contacts) capable of connecting to audible/visual alarms or relays. Coupled with the module's multiple alarm functions (such as high/low voltage alarms), it enables specific control actions to be triggered when alarms are activated.
The MR23 supports two installation methods: 1) Surface mounting by securing screws through reserved holes on both sides; 2) DIN rail mounting, where its backplate design allows for easy installation on standard rails within electrical cabinets. Supporting a wide voltage range of 8-120V and high current measurement up to 750A, the MR23 can be used with various mainstream batteries including lead-acid, lithium, and sodium batteries, ensuring compatibility across diverse applications.
