The TN05 adopts an integrated design with a built-in precision shunt, offering exceptional space efficiency as its core advantage. Optimized for embedding into various battery pack interiors, it eliminates the need for external shunt placement, making it an ideal solution for achieving compact and lightweight battery package designs.
With a broad voltage measurement range of 8V to 80V and continuous current monitoring capability of 75A, the TN05 accurately caters to small and medium-sized energy storage devices. By tracking voltage and current in real time and integrating capacity calculations, it provides critical battery data independently of the BMS, effectively helping prevent overcharge and over-discharge to ensure battery safety and longevity.
The ultra-low power design of the TN05 is critical for its application in battery packs. Consuming only 15mA at maximum brightness and as low as 0.7mA in standby mode, its operational power draw is negligible. This minimal consumption significantly extends battery shelf life during storage and enhances endurance during usage intervals.
The screen can simultaneously display two key parameters (e.g., real-time voltage and current) alongside an easily readable battery percentage indicator bar. This intuitive interface enables users to quickly and accurately assess remaining capacity and battery health, greatly improving the end-user experience.
