The TC147 compact color display monitor employs a high-precision sampler to monitor battery pack voltage, current, power, and capacity in real time, with an accuracy of up to ±1%. Users can clearly view multiple key parameters on the color TFT screen, effectively preventing overcharging or over-discharging to extend battery life. The low-power consumption design is optimized for long-term use, allowing customizable thresholds for power-saving mode, ensuring energy efficiency, stability, and reliability.
With its compact size, the module can be seamlessly embedded into various battery pack housings without occupying extra space. It supports customizable UI interfaces to meet diverse application needs. Compatible with lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, and other types, it operates within a wide voltage range of 8-80V, making it suitable for portable energy storage, emergency power supplies, and similar scenarios. Installation requires only panel cutouts and front fixation after wiring, minimizing additional production steps.
Offering optional standardized or simplified interfaces: the standardized interface features richer icons and colors, while the simplified interface focuses on numerical data, catering to varied reading preferences. The screen maintains high brightness with low power consumption, ensuring clear visibility even in strong light. The three-button design provides intuitive operation, with features like low-capacity alerts, sleep-mode brightness adjustment, and menu password protection, significantly enhancing the battery management experience.
Two front-button versions are available: membrane buttons offer superior sealing for enhanced dust and water resistance, while tactile buttons deliver more distinct feedback during operation. Users can flexibly choose based on the battery pack’s application environment and protection-level requirements.
