IS-1500 Automatic Capsule and Tablet Inspection Machine Drug Inspection Machine
It completely eliminates the necessity of direct hand contact with capsules and tablets.
●Introduction
Inspection Machine Model IS-1500 is mainly used to inspect the appearance defects of hard or soft capsules and plain or coated tablets.
●Working Principle
The product to e inspected are fed into a vibratory chute from the feeding hopper.They go through inspection stage in the form of single layer.Then the perforated screen installed in vibratory chute eliminates those products with coarse granules and chips which are collected in a container.The capsules and tablets fron the vibratory chute are placed on rotating rollers and are continuously turned & moved in the front of the operator,who can use the adjustable mirror to inspect the opposite parts of the products.The rotation speed of the inspection rollers is adjustable individually,independent of the inspection speed.
●Performance and advantages
1. The upper and lower parts of the conveyor belt in the test section are illuminated by non-stroboscopic eye-protection lamps, effectively reducing visual fatigue
2. Components in contact with drugs include hopper, feeding board, roller, discharge trough, etc., which can be quickly disassembled and cleaned without tools to avoid cross-infection of drugs
3. Venturi jet vacuum system is used without external vacuum cleaner
4. The machine is designed to reduce operator fatigue in accordance with human ergonomics
