Full Automatic Hard Capsule Inspection Machine Pharmaceutical Constant Speed
Working Principle
Filed capsule after cleaning and polishing are put into the hopper,and will be placed in good order on carrier bar by precise feeding roller.There are four different function areas for defect inspection on our machine.In the first inspection area,black and white CCD camera will inspect the empty and partial-filling defects of capsules under the perspective light source.In the second inspection area,capsules could rotate at precisely calculated constant speed on roller system by servo motor,and color CCD camera will inspect the capsules with telescoped,cracking,unlocking defects before capsules filling,such as bubbles,black spots,unqualified printing,foreign capsules,etc.The third and fourth inspection areas are mainly to inspect both domes dented issues caused in the filling process.
Functions
1. Fully auto sorting and rejection of defective filled capsule enhances product quality,more consistent with cGMP standards
2. It employs multi-stage sorting method and several CCD cameras to inspect each capsule several times simultaneously so that it can completely remove defective filled capsules
3. It can easily save and retrieve various historical parameters and real time data to better support production quality control and tracking.
4. It can provide 100 percent correct sorting and rejection of defective filled capsules based on high-speed industrial computer.
