BS4449 B500A Hot Rolled Deformed Steel Rebar for Commonwealth Projects

We supply BS4449 B500A hot rolled deformed steel rebar (ribbed reinforcing bar), specially supplied for concrete reinforcement of Commonwealth construction, infrastructure and heavy engineering projects. Our rebar is manufactured through hot rolling process with characteristic ribbed surface, which greatly improves bonding strength with concrete.

This rebar features high tensile strength, good ductility, reliable seismic performance and stable durability under various site construction conditions. It is widely applied in commercial buildings, residential housing, bridges, highways, railways, ports, dams, tunnels and industrial foundations across Commonwealth regions.

We mainly provide BS4449 B500A grade, and can also supply other grades and dimensions complying with GB, ASTM A615, BS4449, EN10080 standards upon request. 4. Production Capacity

A: 3-7 days for Sample preparing,7-45 working days for mass production.

A: Low MOQ, small bundle for sample checking is available.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Ship by sea, railway or truck. Air freight also optional. Transit time depends on destination port.

Q5. How to proceed an order for rebar?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on rebar bundle tag?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new rebar with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will replace them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
