Product Description
Our prepainted steel coil (PPGI/PPGL) is manufactured using hot-dipped galvanized or galvalume steel sheet as the substrate, treated with chemical pre-treatment and coated with high-quality organic paint (PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF) through a continuous coil coating line. It combines the strength and formability of steel with excellent corrosion resistance, weather durability and decorative appearance. The product is widely used in construction, home appliances, furniture and automotive industries.

Usage & Notes
· Store in a dry, ventilated area; avoid stacking directly on damp ground.
· Use suitable cutting tools to avoid edge damage and coating scratches.
· During installation, wear clean gloves to prevent oil stains on the surface.
· Do not expose the coil to extreme temperature changes immediately after coating.
Shipping, Payment & Packaging
Delivery time: 7–15 working days after deposit confirmation.
Payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or L/C at sight.
Packaging: Export standard seaworthy packing – waterproof paper, steel edge protectors and steel straps, suitable for ocean freight.
Loading capacity: 20' GP approx. 18–22 tons; 40' HQ approx. 25–28 tons (subject to coil dimensions).
After-sales Service
We provide Mill Test Certificate (MTC) before shipment. If any quality issue is confirmed, replacement or compensation will be negotiated based on actual loss. Customized specifications and OEM orders are welcome.
