1. Description:

PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as color coated galvanized steel coil, adopts hot-dip galvanized sheet or electro-galvanized sheet as substrate. Multiple layers of organic coating are coated on the steel surface to provide excellent anti-corrosion performance. It retains the inherent mechanical strength of galvanized steel, meanwhile the organic coating brings abundant RAL colors and attractive surface appearance. PPGI coil has good bending, stamping and processing performance, which can be further fabricated into various finished profiles and components. Two substrate options are available. Hot dip galvanized PPGI with zinc coating up to 275g/m² owns outstanding outdoor anti-corrosion property, suitable for building roof, exterior wall cladding. Electro-galvanized PPGI features smooth beautiful surface, mainly used for indoor decoration, household appliances and steel furniture. Multiple paint systems can be selected according to your service environment, including PE polyester, SMP silicon modified polyester, HDP high durable polyester and PVDF. We also provide embossed surface and protective laminated film options for special projects.

Q1: What is your MOQ for PPGI steel coil?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 5 tons. Small trial order is acceptable.

Q2: Can you produce according to RAL color code?

A: Yes. We support full RAL color series, custom printed patterns are also available. Please provide your RAL number.

Q3: What about the delivery time?

 A: Normally 7-45 working days after receiving deposit. It will be adjusted according to order quantity and production schedule.

Q4: Can you provide samples?

A: Free samples are available, while customer needs to bear the courier freight cost.

Q5: Do you accept third-party inspection before shipment?

 A: Yes, third party inspection such as SGS is warmly welcomed.
