Our PPGI steel coil (prepainted galvanized steel coil) is manufactured by applying organic coatings onto hot-dip galvanized steel substrate. The base metal is first galvanized for corrosion protection, then chemically treated, primed, and finished with topcoat in a continuous coil coating line. The result is a color coated steel coil that combines the corrosion resistance of zinc with the decorative and protective properties of paint, making it ideal for roofing and construction applications.
