Palton PCD Straight Bottom Cleaning Cutter is a dedicated flat-bottom CNC milling tool, designed to solve uneven slot bottom, residual leftover material and rough shoulder surface problems in panel furniture and non-ferrous metal machining
Adopt high-density HPHT sintered PCD composite blank + high-rigidity integral tungsten carbide shank, vacuum metallurgical brazing process ensures tight combination between diamond tip and shank, anti-falling under heavy cutting load.
Main flute types available in stock: 1-flute & 2-flute; standard shank sizes 6/8/10/12mm. Cutting diameter, cutting depth, overall length can all be customized by customer drawings, perfectly compatible with CNC nesting machine, engraving machine, machining center and panel cutting equipment
