Yes. The eye-nut swing bolt mechanism applies uniform clamping force around the cover perimeter. No. The quick-change mechanism only affects cover access--the filter bag, mesh basket, flow path, and sealing surfaces remain identical to the standard DL Series. Filtration performance and product quality are unchanged. The only difference is faster maintenance turnaround.
