The XJZ1250-N-GMP GMP standard suspended basket peeler centrifuge is primarily used for the separation of high-quality A-massecuite, B-massecuite, glucose and MSG (monosodium glutamate) where strict product cleanliness is required.
The GMP suspended basket centrifuge operates on the principle of centrifugal filtration. Material is fed into the enclosed rotating basket, and under high-speed centrifugal force the liquid phase passes through the filter cloth and basket wall perforations to be discharged, while the solid phase forms a filter cake on the filter cloth surface. After feeding, high-speed separation, washing and drying are completed under PLC control, the basket decelerates and the solid cake is discharged, completing a full automatic cycle. Because the whole machine is enclosed by stainless steel plates, the moving mechanisms are fully isolated from the product area, and the lubrication system together with all food-contact parts meets GMP and FDA standards, guaranteeing contamination-free separation.
