Strict Quality Control During Production and Before Delivery
a) Raw Material Control
At our local area, there are many raw material factories and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchasing quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. Once getting their materials, our testing department will do the whole testing to guarantee the good quality of them. If there's any factory who submitting the unqualified materials to us, we will put them into our black list and won't cooperate with them again.
b) Workshop
There are different production lines work together and every work line has its own header, the header's work is guaranteeing the normal work as well as making sure the good environment of production.
c) Quality Control
c1: QC in production During the production, engineer will check every corner of the production to guarantee everything's good quality
c2: QC before delivery Before delivery, engineer will do the whole testing of the charging cabinets, once there's any unsatisfied corner, the charging cabinets won't be able to be delivered.
d) Quality Complains
Once there's any problems from customers, we will submit 24-hour on line services and collect problems from customer, once engineer begin working, we will submit these problems to them and find the best solutions to customers. Except for the human error, we will submit the easy-broken accessories to our customers within 1 year once charging cabinets getting to customers.
