General Instruction
DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent is a new type of high efficient decolorizing flocculant, It is a color removal chemical, special product for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing and other applications used to remove the color of wastewater generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and other fields.
It has high color removal of dye wastewater, by providing a large number of cations, the negative charge is brought on dye molecules are neutralized instability, at the same time with DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent by a large number of hydrolysis of flocs. Can be adsorbed dye, destabilization of the snare, from water separation, so as to achieve the purpose of bleaching.
The colored effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusable water resources. For process houses, in water-scarce areas, it comes as heaven-sent facilitating recycling of the industrial effluent into process water. DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent is used to solve this problem. DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent is specially working high performance with the dyeing wastewater containing the hydrophilic dyes (reactive dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes, etc.), less dosage, the color clear, fast speed, high processing liquid clarification of the settlement, but also reduce the composition of COD, improve the COD removal rate.
In papermaking, DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent also can be used as a fixing agent in the paper processing, will be a very good performance.

Application Guidelines
Dilutes with 10 - 40 times water and then dosed into the waste water Directly, after being mixed for several minutes, waste is precipitated or Air-floated and the water become clear
pH index of the waste water should be adjusted to 7 - 10 for better Result
If colority and COD are relatively high, it can be used with the help of Polyaluminum chloride to reduce treatment cost, whether polyaluminum Chloride is used before or afterwards depends on the flocculation test And the treatment process
Application Field
Water Decoloring Agent is mainly used to decolor the effluent with high colority from dyestuff plant. It is suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs.

It also can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as retention agent.

CASES FROM FACTORY
The dyehouses are divided in 2 categories:
A. When they have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment. In this case they use:

First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide.
It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 7-8, otherwise the consumption of DCA-58 will be ~20% higher.
B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are:
