The TNMG-GM insert is a versatile 60° triangular solution for semi-finishing Group P materials. Featuring an optimized curved rake face with variable edge width and variable rake angle, it balances sharpness and edge strength while reducing cutting resistance. It ensures smooth chip flow and stable chip control under general turning conditions. With a wide operating window and excellent profile adaptability, the TNMG-GM insert delivers efficient and consistent semi-finishing performance, especially suitable for inclined surfaces, curved profiles and complex contour turning with minimal tool interference.
