The DNMG-BM is a 55° rhombic carbide turning insert specially developed for semi-finishing turning of stainless steel materials. Its proprietary BM chipbreaker geometry optimizes chip curling and evacuation under moderate cutting parameters, effectively suppressing the formation of built-up edge that commonly occurs in stainless steel processing.
With a well-matched substrate and coating option, the insert features reliable heat resistance and abrasion resistance. It performs steadily in both continuous turning and minor interrupted cuts, offering excellent surface quality and predictable tool life for mass production of stainless steel components.
