The machine consists of the Steel Tape Lubrication Device, Powder Measuring Device, Powder Feeding Device, Powder Feeding-off and Tape Broken Detecting Device, 16 stands Rolling Machine with 5 motors, Electric Control System.

(Ⅲ) Structure and Working Principle

The 2-roller rolling type machine consists of 8 stands of horizontal rollers and 8 stands of vertical rollers, transmission device and frame. The 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th stands are vertical type. The 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th stands are horizontal type. The 4th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th are active rollers. Other 11 stands are passive rollers. The active rollers are driven by AC frequency converter motor via the Gear Box and Gear Shock Absorber. The 5th and 6th stands have 2 accessory forming vertical rollers.
Belt Powder feeding device is driven by an AC Servo Motor. Powder feeding belt is connected with tooth belt that feed the flux powder to the concave steel tape steadily. Powder tank is divided into upper and lower parts. There are electrical heating device and powder quantity sensor in the lower part. The upper part powder tank is movable that is convenient to add the powder.
