The cleaning chamber is welded with plates in box structure with big space. Inside is wear resistant plate, cleaning process is finished in closed chamber.

Indoor high manganese steel platesare cut by laser cutting machine, the size is precise and the convergence is close.

Tested on the same condition, high manganese wear-resistant rolled-steel plate can effectively reduce the weight of shot blasting machine and on the process of use it will not break. Its service life is much longer than the castings and it is easy to be cut and welded. Even though high manganese wear-resistant rolled-steel plate has high hardness, it is very tough and can be bent to make into the desired shape like cylindrical shape. It has a better processing performance than castings. It not only improves the performance of shot blasting machine but also reduces manufacturing costs. High manganese wear-resistant steel is the best choice among the wear-resistant materials to resist strong impact and big pressure materials wear. It has the processing hardening characteristics that cannot be matched by other wear - resistant materials. Under the larger impact load or larger contact stress, the surface of the steel plate produces hardening. Thesurface hardness is rapidly enhanced from HB200 to HB500 above, and thereby generating a high-resistant surface layer. Whereas the austenite of the steel inner remains keep good impact toughness. High-manganese steel has two characteristics: First, the greater the load of external shocks, the higher wear resistance of the surface; Second, with the surface of the hardened layer worn gradually, new processing hardening layer will formed continuously.
