1.Application
The machine is used to blast the rust and paint a protective primer on the surface of steel plates prior to welding process. The line consists of feeding roller conveyor, rain and sewage cleaning device, preheating chamber, shot blasting systems, shots clean room, intermediate roller conveyor, painting room, drying room, coding printing, output roller conveyor, dust collecting systems, mist discharging system and electric control system, etc. After pretreatment, the steel plates improve on corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, extend its working life;
2.Machine description
2.1 Roller conveyor system
1) Inverter speed stepless regulating
2) Shot room roller material: special wear resistant sheath
3) Plate chain conveyor:V shape, reduce damage to the painting
2.2 Shot blasting unit
Turbines No.: 4,6 or 8 pcs, automatic open by measure of width of processing pieces.
Cantilever type turbines;
To adopt special cleaning device to keep processed pieces no dust and residual shots on the surface.
2.3 Painting system
The roller conveyor transports the steel plate at uniform speed.
1) Pre-heating
Proper pre-heating of the surface of steel plate is prerequisite for painting.
Dry steel plate can get good cleaning effect.
2) Painting
Airless spray, suitable for solvent diluted painting or water diluted painting. Painting is supplied automatically according to painting speed, processed piece width, painting thickness. Painting height can reach 12μm or more. Teflon lining and film coating make cleaning room easy maintenance.
