Syris Precision Tecnology Co., Ltd, established in 2010, office located in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Syris has the most strenthen engineering team who worked as the experiences leading engineering team of Jabil China, with experienced&professional quality control team.
Syris main business is exporting, we do manufacturing, Supply chain management, Engineering, Quality control and Logistics.
For years devoting on precision parts reserch and development, we not only manufacturing precise spare parts, but also doing highly complicated mechanical assembly to EMS services.
We have two main manufacturing base in China, both located in Dongguan with totally more than 32,000㎡ and over 260 employees, both are over 10 years experienced manufacturers doing Precise Sheet Metal parts; CNC machining parts, High Level Assembly(HLA) and EMS services.
With years development, we are exporting high quality metal parts, plastic parts to all over the world applied in industries including IT, Digital Printing, Semi-conductor, Automotive, Aerospace, Battery and so on with well known brands like HP Indigo, Heidelberg, Applied Materials, KLA, ASML, Intel, Flextronics, Jabil, Sanmina and so on...

The process begins with laser cutting, where high-precision laser cutting machines shape sheet metal blanks with tight tolerances and clean edges, ready for the next stage of production. From there, components move to the bending station, where press brakes form flat sheets into precise three-dimensional shapes according to exact engineering specifications. Once formed, parts proceed to welding and grinding, where skilled technicians join components with high-strength welds and refine surfaces to a smooth, uniform finish, eliminating imperfections and preparing the parts for final treatment. The workshop concludes its production cycle with surface coating, applying protective and aesthetic finishes that enhance corrosion resistance, durability, and visual quality. With organized material staging, well-maintained equipment, and a logical workflow spanning cutting, forming, joining, and finishing, Syirs' facility reflects a mature, efficient approach to precision sheet metal manufacturing — capable of supporting complex, high-quality orders from concept to completion. Syris CNC Manufacturing Syris is a precision CNC manufacturing company built on a comprehensive, high-performance equipment base that enables full-process, one-stop machining solutions. Our facility integrates CNC turning, CNC milling, and turn-mill combined machining centers, allowing us to handle complex geometries and multi-process parts with exceptional efficiency and accuracy.
