Syris Precision Sheet Metal Assembly – Camtek Semiconductor Inspection Equipment Housing
Syris manufactures precision sheet metal assemblies for Camtek, producing large-format structural enclosures used as the outer housing for Camtek's semiconductor inspection equipment.
The housing is constructed from precision-formed sheet metal panels, welded and assembled into a tall, rigid frame structure with a clean white finish suitable for cleanroom and semiconductor fab environments. The internal structure features a cross-braced support frame, providing excellent structural rigidity to support sensitive internal inspection components and subsystems. Multiple viewing windows and access panels are integrated into the side walls, allowing visibility and access to internal mechanisms while maintaining the enclosure's structural integrity.
The lower section is engineered with a ventilated base structure, incorporating perforated panels for airflow management, along with mounting provisions for internal component installation. The unit is securely mounted on a wooden pallet with leveling brackets, ensuring safe handling and precise placement during installation.
