Syris Precision Sheet Metal Assembly – HP Printer Housing
Syris manufactures precision sheet metal assemblies for HP, producing large-format structural enclosures used as the outer housing for HP's printing equipment.
The housing is fabricated from heavy-gauge precision sheet metal panels, welded and assembled into a rigid, large-scale enclosure with a durable dark powder-coated finish. The internal structure features multiple mounting panels with precisely positioned hole patterns, enabling accurate installation of internal components, cabling, and subassemblies. Reinforced corner brackets and structural ribbing throughout the frame ensure excellent rigidity and dimensional stability for reliable long-term performance.
Precisely cut access openings and panel cutouts are integrated into the side walls to accommodate ports, connectors, and ventilation as required by the final printer assembly.
