Deep Pleated ULPA Filter U15 with Aluminum Separator for Cleanroom Glass Fiber
In some special occasion, the mini pleated filters cannot be used, deep pleated ULPA filters are the only one that can be applied. High standard cleanroom class 10 use the U15 efficiency deep pleated ULPA filters. Comparing with the mini pleated ULPA filter, the deep pleated ULPA filter give more air flow rate in same length and width.
Deep pleated ULPA filter using aluminum foil as the separator, this material can stand longer in moist environment. In some occasion such as food processing, pharmaceutical industries. The HVAC system may have high humidity airflow. It`s very easily to create bacteria and fungus. But aluminum foil doesn`t give any chance for that.
The deep pleated ULPA filter using HV company glass fiber to make sure low resistance and higher air flow rate. The HV company glass fiber is much better than any other glass fiber material.
