Class 10 Cleanroom ULPA Filter 99.999% Efficiency for FFU Replacement
The Class 10 cleanroom using ULPA filter for filtration, not HEPA filter H13 or H14. The ULPA can remove fine particle size 0.12um with efficiency of 99.999%;
We choose HV company glass fiber as the material ensure low resistance and higher air flow rate;
Most of the ULPA filters are mini pleated design that used in FFU fan filter unit. A FFU has service life for more than 10 years, but the life span for a ULPA filter about 3 years. It means the ULPA filters should be replaced several times during the life period of FFU.
We offer customized size ULPA filter for different size FFU, the ULPA filter length, width and thickness can be customized.
