FFU Fan Filter Unit For Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Class 100 Stainless Steel Frame
Fan Filter Unit sepecification:
1. In order to keep the quality of medicine and prevent pollution, it`s quite necessary for pharmaceutical industries to use cleanroom.
2. The cleanroom consist of FFU fan filter unit.
3. For some pharmaceutical environment, it`s high moist or strong acid or alkali. Normal galvanized steel, painted cold roll steel or aluminum coated zinc plate are not ok for long term usage.
4. Accord to our experience, for pharmaceutical industries cleanroom, stainless steel 201 is a good choice. Also stainless less 304 or 430 both ok for special requirement.
5. Our pharmaceutical FFU fan filter unit use HEPA filter mini pleated size 1220*610*69 or 1175*575*69, other size is customized. The air flow rate is 1000-2200 CBM per hour.
6. HEPA filters was made of glass fiber efficiency 99.99% @ 0.3um. It`s class 100.
