Product Description

  • The IMX577 is a 12.3-megapixel CMOS active pixel stacked image sensor with a diagonal length of 7.857 mm (1.23 inches) and a square pixel array. The IMX577 high-definition industrial camera module achieves high-speed image acquisition through column-parallel A/D conversion circuits and achieves high sensitivity and low-noise images through a back-illuminated imaging pixel structure. The module camera supports three-primary color mosaic filters and is equipped with a variable integration time electronic shutter. The input/output interface uses three power supply voltages for low power consumption.

  • Sony IMX577 is an advanced 1/2.3-inch CMOS image sensor designed for high-resolution and high-speed imaging needs. The IMX577 module camera has 12.2 million effective pixels, uses back-illuminated (BSI) technology and advanced pixel structure, and has significantly improved sensitivity, which can present clear images with low noise and high dynamic range even in low-light environments. The module camera supports 4K HDR video recording and has high-speed readout capabilities to meet the high frame rate shooting requirements of mobile devices.
