In terms of production capacity, the factory is equipped with standardized workshops and introduced advanced production equipment, including CNC lathes, precision punching machines, laser cutting machines, bending machines, 4-axis / 5-axis machining centers, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T presses, casting equipment and various processing machines, enabling it to provide customers with optimal technical solutions. Processing accuracy can be stably controlled at the micron level, effectively ensuring part interchangeability and assembly consistency, and greatly reducing the defective rate.
Meanwhile, Situo Hardware has established a complete full-process inspection system equipped with professional testing equipment such as spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and salt spray test machines, with a total of more than 300 sets of equipment. The company fully implements 8S management and has obtained ISO9001 and IATF/TS16949 automotive industry certifications.
