Material Selection: Must meet standards with aluminum alloy or forged steel preferred for brake and ABS valves
High Precision: Coaxiality controlled within ±0.003 mm, aperture tolerance ≤ ±0.005 mm
Surface Treatment: Anti-rust processes including anodizing, galvanizing and electrophoretic coating with anodizing layer thickness ≥ 10 μm
Precise Matching: No clearance or jamming between valve core and valve body with precision grinding required
Post-Processing Tests: Vibration, high-temperature, sealing and durability tests to ensure stable operation under extreme conditions
Selection Guidelines
Must have automotive-grade certification (ISO/TS 16949) and comply with OEM technical standards
Must meet high-temperature and anti-vibration requirements with response time ≤ 5 ms
Prioritize OEM or first-tier quality valve bodies with strict factory inspection
Inspect surface treatment: no scratches, oxidation or rust; clear interface threads; smooth valve core movement
