Our automotive-grade high-strength locknuts, produced using cold heading technology with high-strength alloy steel and precision threads, incorporate nylon locking, wedge anti-loosening, or chemical anti-loosening designs. Verified by ISO 16750 vibration testing, they withstand -40℃ to 125℃ temperature cycles and high-frequency vibration without failure, ensuring secure connections for intelligent driving domain controllers and sensors.
Complex Structure & Lightweight Design
Using CNC machining of aluminum alloys (6061/7075), we produce specialized structural components like lidar brackets that maintain high strength (≥300MPa tensile strength) while achieving over 40% weight reduction compared to steel components. For complex on-board connector housings, we combine cold heading and MIM processes with precision machining to ensure structural accuracy, sealing, and optimal weight-to-strength ratio.
Precision Threading & EMI Shielding
We develop custom cold heading molds for non-standard thread specifications (American standard, non-standard pipe threads) while ensuring EMI shielding performance. Our precision machining controls shielding cover dimensions and structure to achieve ≤0.1Ω grounding resistance, meeting AEC-Q200 automotive-grade certification standards for intelligent driving sensor applications.
Automotive-Grade Durability & Rapid Adaptation
Our hardware components pass automotive-grade testing including -40℃ to 125℃ temperature cycling (≥1000 cycles) and salt spray testing (≥500 hours). With rapid tooling and programming capabilities, we quickly complete prototype and mass production of non-standard hardware parts to support fast vehicle model iteration cycles while reducing customer R&D costs.
