1. Ultra-high Dimensional Accuracy

    

   Manufactured by precision CNC turning/milling, with dimensional tolerance controlled at ±0.01–0.02 mm and thread precision up to 6H/6g, ensuring perfect fit for precision assembly of marine equipment and avoiding leakage or loosening caused by excessive clearance.

    

   The standardized hexagonal shape is compatible with standard wrenches, providing uniform torque transmission and reducing assembly damage.
    
2. Excellent Corrosion and Wear Resistance

    

   Made of marine-grade copper alloys:
    
   • Nickel-aluminum bronze (C63000/C63200): Forms a dense oxide film in seawater, low corrosion rate, excellent cavitation and erosion resistance, suitable for long-term submerged parts such as propellers and pump bodies.
   • Tin bronze (ZCuSn6-6-3): Outstanding wear resistance and self-lubrication, ideal for bushes and bearings.
   • Silicon brass: Good corrosion resistance and machinability, widely used in pipeline connectors.
    
3. High Structural Stability

    

   The hexagonal structure provides anti-rotation performance, stable clamping during machining, and high consistency. It ensures efficient torque transmission and uniform fastening force, suitable for high-vibration and heavy-load marine working conditions.

    

   Integrated machining eliminates welding seams and reduces corrosion risks.
    
4. Customization for Complex Working Conditions

    

   Supports non-standard hexagonal sizes (M4–M60, fine-pitch threads) for special marine equipment. Surface treatments such as nickel plating and passivation further improve salt spray resistance to meet requirements of various vessels (commercial ships, naval vessels, yachts).

    

   Excellent thermal and electrical conductivity for heat dissipation and low-current components in power systems.
    

Key Selection and Application Points

• Prioritize materials with classification society certifications (CCS, ABS, etc.) to meet marine safety standards.
• Use nickel-aluminum bronze for key propulsion components (e.g., propeller nuts) to balance strength and corrosion resistance.
• Choose tin bronze or silicon brass for pipeline seals to avoid galvanic corrosion.
• Use professional torque tools for installation to prevent thread damage or loosening.
