CNC Production & Processing Features
Optional high corrosion resistance and high conductivity: Copper alloy nuts provide improved conductivity, while stainless steel nuts deliver enhanced corrosion resistance.
CNC customization available for flange faces, anti-loosening slots, and multi-step nuts to meet assembly requirements of base stations and servers.
Surface treatments including hot-dip galvanizing and Dacromet coating to improve salt spray and humidity resistance in outdoor environments.
Excellent dimensional consistency and stable internal thread precision, suitable for mass assembly and automated equipment installation.
Suitable for outdoor exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity, and salt spray (e.g., coastal base stations); not prone to rust or corrosion, with a service life of more than 10 years.
Stable locking with bolts; no loosening or thread stripping during long-term 24-hour uninterrupted operation, ensuring stable performance of communication equipment and servers.
Smooth disassembly during maintenance; internal threads are resistant to damage, reducing workload for operation and maintenance personnel and improving efficiency.
Common CNC Machining Issues & Key Points
Anti-corrosion Treatment Issues
Coating peeling, uneven thickness, and internal thread clogging often occur after hot-dip galvanizing or Dacromet coating. Ensure surfaces are free of oil and burrs before processing, strictly control coating processes, and clean residual coating from internal threads after processing to guarantee smooth threading.
Multi-step Machining Issues
Multi-step nuts for cabinet guide rails and antenna mounts are prone to coaxiality deviation and misalignment between internal threads and steps, causing assembly jams. Use one-time clamping machining, control dimensional tolerances and coaxiality of each step to avoid out-of-tolerance defects.
Anti-loosening Structure Machining Issues
Dimensional deviations in anti-loosening slots prevent proper fitting of anti-loosening washers and reduce anti-loosening performance. Precisely machine slot dimensions to ensure tight fitting of washers, and conduct anti-loosening performance tests after processing to prevent loosening in long-term use.
Outdoor Adaptability Issues
Base station nuts must withstand high and low temperature variations. Use weather-resistant materials and control heat treatment processes to avoid brittle cracking at low temperatures and deformation at high temperatures, ensuring stable internal thread precision.
