Surface Finish Issues: Scratches and pits after mirror polishing; polishing residues in internal threads. Solution: Use high-precision CNC equipment with fine-grained cutting tools and taps; avoid tool wear; perform ultrasonic cleaning after polishing.
Small-Size Machining Issues: Miniature nuts (M0.8-M1.5) prone to tap breakage and dimensional deviations. Solution: Use micro taps with reduced cutting speed; employ high-rigidity fixtures to prevent vibration.
Hygiene Issues: Cutting fluid and metal chip residues in internal thread gaps. Solution: Implement ultrasonic cleaning and drying after machining; maintain clean processing environment.
Material Compatibility Issues: Oxidation and rust on medical stainless steel. Solution: Control heat treatment temperature; apply passivation promptly after processing to improve corrosion resistance.
