3. Selection Guidelines

• Material: 304 for general use; 316/316L for harsh cleaning environments.
• Size: Diameter Φ3–Φ12 based on load; tolerance h6/h7 for hinge fits.
• Anti-loosening: Always use split pins for movable hinges.
• Installation: Ensure concentricity to avoid eccentric wear.
