Preferred Materials:
304 Stainless Steel: High chromium and nickel content forms protective oxide film, suitable for ordinary humid environments
316 Stainless Steel: Enhanced with molybdenum for superior salt spray and acid/alkali resistance, ideal for coastal areas and high-exposure bathrooms
H59 Brass: High density and ductility with enhanced corrosion resistance through electroplating, excellent for functional and aesthetic components
Materials to Avoid:
201 Stainless Steel: Low chromium/nickel content with poor oxidation resistance, prone to rust and surface degradation
Zinc Alloy: Weak corrosion resistance, susceptible to oxidation and embrittlement in humid conditions

Preferred Materials:

Core Parameter Requirements:
Strength ≥ 8.8 (bolt-type load-bearing parts)
Thickness ≥ 2.5 mm for enhanced structural rigidity and fatigue resistance

Components prioritizing lightweight design, aesthetic appeal, and basic durability without heavy load-bearing requirements.
