Selection Criteria for Non-standard Hardware Parts
Material priority: 316 stainless steel (acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant) or fluoroplastics (for harsh environments); silicone or fluororubber for seals to improve sealing performance.
Protection requirements: Protective housing must reach IP68 or higher, submersible underwater (depth ≥ 1m); sensor mounting base must be ventilated but dust-tight.
Adaptability: Conduit fasteners shall fit sampling conduit diameter (usually 5-10mm) with adjustable angle for easy alignment of sampling devices with monitoring targets.
Stability: Seals must withstand high and low temperatures (-20℃~60℃), adapt to various outdoor climates, and resist aging and leakage.
