Product Overview
Our brass knurled injection molded insert nuts are precision machined from solid H59 or H62 brass. Featuring external knurled texture, these embedded nuts are pre-placed inside mould cavities before plastic injection or pressed into finished plastic workpieces. The knurl structure bites tightly into plastic substrate to prevent spinning and pull-out force when assembling screws. Stable internal threads ensure repeated screw fastening without thread damage. Widely adopted for plastic furniture, smart home plastic housings and various plastic structural components. We accept non-standard custom machining according to customer drawings or samples.
