Situo Hardware specializes in the production and customization of 304 stainless steel countersunk head rivets, solid flat countersunk rivets and flush mount fastening rivets. Widely applied in door and window hardware, sheet metal equipment, electromechanical shells and outdoor industrial devices, our products are core precision fasteners for industrial flush riveting and flat surface fastening.
This series of SUS304 solid countersunk head rivets adopts standard tapered countersunk design. After riveting, the rivet head is completely sunk into the workpiece surface to achieve fully flush and bump-free installation, solving the common problems of protrusion, surface scratch and structural interference caused by ordinary rivets.
Made of genuine solid 304 stainless steel and formed by dual cold forging and CNC machining processes, the rivets feature perfect taper fitting, uniform riveting force and high fastening strength. With excellent rust resistance and weather resistance, they are suitable for mass batch procurement and full-size non-standard customization.
We utilize advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) with maximum processing outer diameter of 60mm and minimum control tolerance of 0.001mm.
