Carbon Steel Square Shaft Connector is a high-precision CNC machined positioning and connection fitting for industrial mechanical equipment. Made of high-quality carbon steel and processed by integrated CNC turning and milling, this square positioning connector features rigid structure, accurate tolerance and excellent stability.
The professional square hole design realizes anti-rotation positioning and synchronous power transmission, effectively avoiding slipping, offset and inaccurate positioning problems of traditional round connectors. It is widely used in automated machinery, tooling fixtures, precision equipment and transmission modules, supporting standard batch supply and custom OEM processing.
Adopting industrial-grade carbon steel, the connector owns high hardness, strong torsion resistance and stable compression performance. It maintains stable structural performance under frequent start-stop, continuous load and long-term operation. Optional surface treatments such as blackening and zinc plating enhance rust resistance.
Each square shaft connector is precisely processed by CNC machines with strict control of inner square size, concentricity, flatness and assembly tolerance. Smooth inner surface, burr-free finish and flat end face ensure minimal fitting clearance, high positioning accuracy and stable equipment operation.
The four-sided fully fitting structure eliminates relative rotation, idle slipping and angular deviation during operation. It integrates precise positioning and synchronous transmission functions, ensuring excellent coaxiality and stable torque output for mechanical systems.
We provide comprehensive non-standard customization according to drawings and samples, including custom square hole size, outer diameter, length, steps, grooves and thread structures. Services cover prototype trial production, small-batch orders and large-scale mass production.
