Carbon Steel Square Nut is a widely adopted industrial threaded fastener with four-sided square structure. Distinct from hex nuts, its square outline delivers excellent anti-rotation performance during assembly. The integrated four-sided square shape effectively prevents nut spinning inside mounting grooves and mounting holes. It eliminates extra positioning accessories, simplifies installation steps and keeps stable fastening force under vibration environments. This advantage makes square nuts highly suitable for guide rail, channel steel and embedded assembly scenarios.
Adopting premium carbon steel as raw material, the square nut possesses favorable tensile strength and surface hardness. It is resistant to deformation under normal fastening load, maintaining stable mechanical performance for long-term use and achieving great cost performance for mass industrial assembly.
We provide a variety of surface treatment solutions to satisfy different anti-rust and appearance demands, including black oxide, zinc plating, nickel plating and sandblasting. The internal thread is processed by mature tapping technology with uniform pitch, neat tooth profile and smooth surface without burrs.
