Trapezoidal aluminum automation gripper heads are customized CNC machined clamping parts manufactured with complete precision processing workflow, widely matched with industrial robots and automated pneumatic grabbing equipment. Solid aluminum alloy bars are adopted as raw material and processed integrally by 5-axis CNC turning & milling machines. The trapezoidal clamping bevel, datum surface, mounting holes and threads are precisely formed. Unlike die-cast or stamped grippers, CNC machined parts are free of pores, shrinkage cavities and deformation risks, with controllable trapezoid angle, parallelism and hole tolerance. We support process adjustment and structural modification according to customer drawings or samples, covering prototype trial production and mass continuous order, serving as reliable custom machined components for automated grabbing equipment.

2. Processing Technology & Core Advantages

1. Strict Raw Material Inspection, Solid Aluminum Alloy Blanks

Original solid aluminum alloy bars are selected as blanks instead of hollow profiles or recycled materials. Stable chemical composition and uniform metallographic structure prevent cracking and deformation during long-term operation. Material certification is available and hardness sampling inspection is implemented before processing, ensuring structural rigidity to bear cyclic clamping load on automation lines.

2. 5-Axis Integrated CNC Machining Ensures Accurate Trapezoidal Profile

One-time clamping on multi-axis CNC equipment completes simultaneous machining of trapezoidal inclined surfaces, datum planes, positioning holes and threads, minimizing accumulated tolerance from repeated clamping. Closed-loop system strictly controls trapezoid inclination angle, symmetry of paired jaws and flatness of clamping surfaces. Deburring and fine chamfering are finished after machining to avoid scratching during assembly and ensure even contact when clamping workpieces.

3. Standard Post-Treatment Improves Wear & Corrosion Resistance

Stress relief treatment is carried out after precision machining to remove internal cutting stress and avoid dimensional shift under long-term cyclic load. Surface treatments including sandblasting and hard anodizing are available as requested. Uniform oxide layer enhances wear resistance of trapezoidal clamping faces against repeated friction, as well as anti-oxidation performance for humid and oily workshop environments.

4. Complete Inspection Process Guarantees Batch Consistency

Three-stage inspection system including first article inspection, in-process patrol inspection and final inspection is implemented. Calipers, height gauges and vision measuring instruments are used to test trapezoidal angle, hole position and parallelism. Sampling fatigue simulation tests are arranged before delivery. All machining records are traceable to control defect rate and guarantee interchangeability for after-sales spare part replacement.
