Custom CNC Machined 304 Stainless Steel Valve Body Bushing is a high-precision inner liner specifically designed for pneumatic valves and fluid control equipment. Manufactured from genuine industrial 304 stainless steel using integrated CNC turning and milling processes, this valve sleeve delivers exceptional anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, smooth inner wall surfaces, high coaxiality, and low friction characteristics.
As a core wear-resistant and sealing component within the valve body, it effectively reduces friction loss during valve core reciprocating movement, enhances valve opening and closing sensitivity, and ensures stable air tightness. Suitable for humid, corrosive, and high-frequency working conditions, it supports both standard stock supply and custom OEM processing for various pneumatic and fluid control valves.
Unlike ordinary carbon steel parts, 304 stainless steel material provides outstanding oxidation resistance, rust resistance, and acid-base corrosion resistance. It operates reliably in humid, oily, and slightly corrosive environments without rusting, jamming, or peeling. With excellent toughness and wear resistance, the bushing maintains stable dimensional accuracy under long-term high-frequency movement, significantly extending the service life of the entire valve assembly.
Utilizing full-process CNC precision machining, every bushing undergoes strict control of inner diameter, outer diameter, length, roundness, and concentricity. The mirror-smooth, burr-free inner wall ensures ultra-low roughness, enabling smooth valve core sliding without stalling or abnormal noise. Uniform assembly clearance effectively prevents air leakage and pressure instability, improving overall pneumatic control accuracy and operational stability.
With natural wear-resistant properties of 304 stainless steel and fine inner surface treatment, the bushing minimizes friction and mechanical noise during frequent valve operation. It maintains consistent fitting precision and durable sealing performance under alternating pressure and repeated switching, addressing common defects of ordinary sleeves such as easy wear, air leakage, and short service life.
