Custom CNC precision mechanical accessories designed for high-precision positioning, limiting and assembly matching. These components feature accurate tolerance, smooth surface and stable structural consistency.
Precision Machined Flat Position Nut Ring and Assembly Locating Bushing are manufactured using professional CNC turning and milling integrated processing. The unique flat side positioning design effectively prevents rotation and displacement during equipment operation, ensuring precise assembly coordination. Widely used in automation jigs, precision machinery, instrument equipment and industrial assembly systems.
We support full non-standard customization according to customer drawings and samples, including custom inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness, flat position size, thread specification and special-shaped structures. Every product undergoes strict dimensional inspection, tolerance testing and appearance inspection before delivery.
We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines). Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60mm, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001mm. Equipment includes Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press machines, and casting equipment.
Our company employs 300 personnel including 20 technicians, 10 engineers, and 15 quality control personnel with over 300 pieces of equipment. We implement 8S management and have passed ISO9001 and TS16949 automotive certifications.
