Anodized Aluminum Fixture Chuck is a professional precision tooling clamping part specially designed for anodizing, hard oxidation and metal surface treatment processes. Made of high-quality aluminum alloy and finished by integrated CNC precision machining, the chuck adopts strict anodizing treatment to achieve dense surface layer, excellent acid and alkali resistance and stable corrosion resistance.
With precise dimensional tolerance and uniform clamping force, it works stably in electrolyte soaking, electrifying oxidation and cyclic washing working conditions without deforming or contaminating workpieces. It is widely used for positioning, hanging and batch clamping of precision parts during oxidation processing. Both standard stock supply and custom CNC machining are available.
We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs.
Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001. We have Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press machines, casting equipment, and various process equipment, which can effectively provide customers with the best technical solutions.
