All aluminum mounting bases are processed by integrated CNC milling in one clamping setup. Surface finishing, hole drilling, tapping, counterboring and grooving are completed at one time to eliminate cumulative errors. The stable machining tolerance reaches ±0.005mm. Strictly controlled flatness, parallelism and hole position accuracy ensure tight assembly, zero shaking and zero offset, greatly improving the positioning accuracy and operational stability of automation modules and tooling fixtures.

We provide full-size custom aluminum base solutions according to customer drawings and samples, including thickened load-bearing bases, ultra-thin mounting plates, multi-hole module bases, stepped positioning bases, clearance grooved anti-interference bases and special-shaped aluminum base structures. Custom thickness, hole spacing, thread specifications and groove sizes are all available to perfectly match non-standard automation equipment and customized fixture installation requirements.

Machined from solid aluminum blocks without welding or splicing, the integrated structure features high density, strong impact resistance and excellent fatigue resistance. Optimized for high-frequency vibration and dynamic load working conditions of automation equipment, our aluminum mounting bases maintain stable benchmark accuracy for a long time, effectively reducing equipment failure rate and improving production line stability.

Surface treatments such as sandblasting, anodizing, hard oxidation and polishing are available to enhance surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. All aluminum bases undergo stress relief treatment, CMM full dimensional inspection and flatness calibration before delivery. The batch qualified rate exceeds 99%, meeting international automation equipment export standards.
