With stable material performance and cost advantages, it can be processed with black oxide, zinc plating, and other surface treatments to improve rust resistance, making it suitable for most conventional industrial working environments.
Manufactured by professional CNC precision machining, the shaft strictly controls side length, straightness, concentricity, and end face verticality. The surface is smooth and burr-free with neat four-sided structure. It matches perfectly with square sleeves and square hole connectors, ensuring uniform fitting clearance, stable operation, and low transmission error. All products maintain high consistency in batch production.
Widely used in general mechanical transmission, automated tooling fixtures, conveying equipment, drive couplings, precision instrument transmission structures, and custom non-standard mechanical assembly systems.
Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001.
